Elections for the ‘09/’10 Leadership Team this Thursday
-represents group to community & school
-oversees other elected directors
-maintains communication
-implements group mission
Associate Director
-runs general/board meetings
-takes leadership role in conference and event planning
-coordinates educational component of general meetings
Director of Finance (Treasurer)
-regularly reports to board and group about state of finances
-keeps track of all financial transactions
-records pin sales
-is accountable for depositing/collecting money in a timely manner
-will educate themselves on UofO account system/ rules and regulations
-responsible for finances of events including conference
-responsible for representation of group finances to the ASUO
Director of Administration
-(formerly secretary)
-keeps track of all group documents/files
-updates email lists/roster
-records and files meeting minutes and sign in
-sends weekly meeting reminders
-manages website (no previous web experience necessary)
Director of Logistics & Outreach
-Keeps tabling supplies
-organizes volunteers for events and tabling
-makes sign-up sheets for events/tabling
-responsible for coordinating table set-up & take-down
-sends reminder emails/calls to volunteers
